Wealth Adviser - Newcastle upon Tyne // Tyne and Wear

 Personal Wealth Adviser

Newcastle Area | Permanent | £65,000–£75,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped performance-related bonus

Are you an experienced financial adviser who believes great advice begins with understanding each client’s unique story, goals and aspirations? This is an opportunity to join a leading UK wealth business, supported by the scale, reach and client ecosystem of a major UK banking group, and to help clients build personalised financial plans that evolve with their lives.

The opportunity

As a Personal Wealth Adviser, you’ll provide holistic, client-led financial advice to new and existing clients through a blend of face-to-face and virtual meetings. You’ll take time to understand each client’s circumstances, ambitions and priorities, using cash flow modelling and financial planning tools to deliver clear, insightful recommendations.

This is not a cold-start role. You’ll benefit from a consistent flow of leads and referrals from across a major UK banking group, alongside the systems, infrastructure and support needed to spend more time advising clients and building long-term relationships.

Why join us?

·        Constant leads and referrals: Access one of the UK’s largest client ecosystems, with an extensive retail footprint generating regular opportunities for the Wealth business.

·        Career development: Benefit from ongoing development, support with additional qualifications and transparent progression pathways.

·        Flexibility: Manage your own schedule, predominantly working from home while meeting clients in their homes or at one of our hub locations.

·        Exceptional benefits: Enjoy 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, electric car salary sacrifice and a market-leading pension scheme.

·        Outstanding pension: Receive matched pension contributions of up to 21%, with 6% from you and 15% from us.

·        Uncapped bonus: Be rewarded for converting opportunity into long-term client value through an uncapped performance-related bonus structure.

What you’ll do

·        Deliver holistic financial advice tailored to each client’s personal goals and circumstances.

·        Build trusted, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

·        Conduct client meetings both virtually and in person.

·        Create personalised financial plans using cash flow modelling and financial planning tools.

·        Proactively develop opportunities through leads, referrals and wider business development activity.

·        Maintain high standards of advice quality, compliance and client outcomes.

What you’ll bring

·        Level 4 Diploma qualification; Chartered or Level 6 status would be welcome but is not essential.

·        A strong track record of delivering holistic financial advice.

·        Experience building lasting client relationships and generating repeat or referral business.

·        Confidence leading client meetings and creating tailored financial plans.

·        A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty.

·        Experience using cash flow modelling to support robust advice recommendations.
